It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Past-Commander-in-Chief Richard Orr this afternoon, August 2, 2020. PCinC Orr was a powerful force in the leadership of this National Organization and in his home Department of Pennsylvania for decades. His accomplishments are myriad, and his influence, immeasurable. Richard Orr’s presence will be sorely missed.
