Rev. Richard O. Partington Sr., Past Commander-in Chief (1987-1988) on December 8, 2019.
During 1938, Brother Partington joined Philadelphia Camp #200 and attended the 75th Reunion of the Blue and Gray in Gettysburg.
He attended his first National Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic and the SUVCW in Pittsburgh, PA in 1939 and the last encampment of the GAR in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1949.
He was elected Pennsylvania Department Commander in 1962.
Rev. Partington was a former Pastor of St. Jude and the Nativity Church in Lafayette, PA.
