I am sad to report the recent death of Ryan King, former member of Chaplin Camp#3. We found the post Maine Maritime Celebrates the Life of Ryan King on the Maine Maritime website.

Ryan was the principal force in reviving Chaplin Camp #3 under a new charter in 1997. He served two terms as Dept. Commander but left the Order in 2014 with an Honorable Discharge at his own request.

His wife, Sarah Faragher, lives in Stockton Springs. Ryan is the son of Brother Dennis King of Orono.
